What features are you looking for?
How do you find these things? How do they sound? If you want, you want to hear something like: “I’m done with work, otherwise I have to work for myself”, “I want to make 250,000 dollars and I will have a vacation home.” If you hear, “Yes, the money will come in handy someday,” or “I don’t know if I want to have unlimited income,” or “I’m just looking for something more.” These are signs of a lack of strong desire.
Coaching ability is a quality that means someone will follow the business system already in place for your opportunity. This is important because you don’t want anyone to go beyond your company’s compliance policies. You also don’t want someone calling you twenty times a day because they aren’t listening to the training conversation.
When you talk to them you will hear about a lack of coaching skills and they will ask you to get to the point and tell them what is going on. People who interrupt you are also often not suitable for coaching.
Remember that you are not serving people who have little desire and cannot be trained by inviting them to your company. If they go down, no one will benefit. Your best answer is NEXT!
